At Aden Couture, every product is carefully double-checked before it is packed and shipped. However, in rare cases where damage occurs during transit, we are here to help.

Returns / Exchanges (Only for Damaged Products)
We accept returns or exchanges only in case of physical damage to the product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

You must send us an unboxing video that clearly shows:

1) The sealed package

2) The product being opened and the damage, all captured in one continuous shot

The video should be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without this video proof.

No Size Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for size issues. The product will be sent in the exact size you select from our size chart.

To avoid any inconvenience:

Please refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order.

If you’re unsure or between sizes, we recommend choosing one size up for a better fit.
